The following is established as the Policy for Traders/Vendors for the 2017 Pow Wow.

Trader participation is by invitation of the Pow Wow Committee only. Materials must be Native American oriented, except for some spectator items sold at the discretion of the Pow Wow Committee. Your tables must contain a majority of Native American trade goods or related items. We support the Indian Arts and Crafts Act of 1990. ANY misrepresentation of the origin of goods will be cause for immediate expulsion from the powwow with no refund.

WE RESERVE THE RIGHT to ask you to remove any items from your booth that are inappropriate.
DO NOT SELL TOY bows, arrows, knives, spears, whips, blowguns, pea shooters or hatchets.

TRADERS ARE OFFICIALLY OPEN  AT  9:00 A.M. ON SATURDAY & SUNDAY, BE READY!

INSIDE TRADERS:
This building will only be available to previous inside Traders or Traders on the waiting list.
Table space may not be increased since we are very crowded.
 *    8 foot TABLES @ $6 each may be RENTED IN ADVANCE for INSIDE USE ONLY
.*    WALL SPACE CANNOT BE GUARANTEED
.*    NO FOOD OR DRINKS WILL BE SOLD IN THE BUILDING
 *    INSIDE TRADER FEES will be $75 for one 8 foot space.
                Additional space that is accessible to customers will be charged at $3 per foot

OUTSIDE TRADERS:
*     OUTSIDE TRADER FEES will be $125 for a space up 20 feet.  Booth space over 20 feet will be $125 PLUS $10 for each additional (or partial) 5 feet thereafter.  Measure frontage space only
*     ELECTRICITY: Only 110 volt outlets are available for our use.  They are $10 each per day.

ALL TRADERS: Outside Traders may camp  with  or  near  their  booth.  ELECTRIC FEES of $10 a day per plug will apply.  Use the “electric space” on the Trader Registration form to note this request. 

EVERY effort will be made to locate you in the space that you have had in the past, but cannot be guaranteed.

TRADE VEHICLES/TENTS/AWNINGS ONLYwill be allowed to park on Trader Row.  All other trailers and vehicles must park behind your unit.

FULL BOOTH FEES ARE REQUIRED AND PAYABLE BY JULY 31, 2016
NO REFUNDS WILL BE MADE AFTER AUGUST 15, 2016

***SET UP WILL BEGIN BY 8:00AM FRIDAY MORNING.  NOT BEFORE.***
